We are incredibly proud to announce a new Sean Perkins “For Love of the Game” award for the Newburyport High School baseball team. This award highlights a baseball player that demonstrates sportsmanship, support for their teammates, respect to all and a positive attitude. We would like to thank the coaching staff for putting this award together and congratulate MJ Zappala for being the first recipient.

We are endlessly grateful for all the ways this community has gone out of its way to honor Sean and his legacy of kindness and good works.
